The Pinnacle is an independent, student-run online magazine. We believe in showcasing the very best and brightest of young writing. We are proud to publish any kind of fiction.
We’re looking for poignant, provoking, intelligent and sparkling work—all in all, the pinnacle of written words.

We welcome submissions all year round, with a diverse array of topics. The Pinnacle accepts both previously published works and simultaneous submissions—though these must be indicated clearly.
Currently, we accept short stories, flash fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, playwriting, and personal narratives.
We especially enjoy works referencing or adapting topics like philosophy, politics, literature, art, history, current events, and/or popular culture.
